Clinton was cleared of all charges. If you think lying about an extra martial affair is a "high crime" then 100,000 men in this country should be behind bars. And what the hell was Starr doing in Clinton's bedroom in the first place? Whitewater had nothing to do with his sex life. The fact is the GOP went after Clinton DURING the Kosovo War and with no respect at all for the office of the Presidency. Even worse, all Whitewater charges turned out to be fraudulent. Even after 80 mill in legal fees not a single piece of evidence ever came out of it, even with Starr's people badgering witnesses threatening to throw them in jail if they didn't make false statements against the clintons. Poor Susan McDougal, completely innocent, stood up to them and had to spend two years in prison. Shame on the right wing and their vile hypocrisy. If democrats tried this against Bush they'd be branded as traitors. In fact, the right-wing is un-American in its supression of democracy, the free press and honest and necessary dissent in this country. Bush is a lousy president who cheated to get into power. Time to get to work to replace him. The country will be much better off once he's gone.
