The large, tight-knit group of men who are in the shadows and in caves, backed largely by dictators like Saddam, have rolled the dice in a way unprecedented in World history. For them, the Western world turns out to be a decadent Las Vegas . Give them credit for insanity. Their dreams are global and distinctly authoritarian.
