So the whole market is bad?

Seems as if those stocks are priced too high to me, but so was dell, csco, etc for years and the market went higher.

There are little guys who short those every day... "walking their shorts up" because they just know they'll get it right eventually. And up they go... Seems as if the bears didn't learn from those stocks in 1999 and are making the same mistakes.

So if the market were to go up, but those three went down to new lows, does that mean we are ok?
