Two important points I forgot...

1. Ramzi Yousef, the man convicted of the first WTC bombing - was caught and traveling with a fake identity. This identity was created by tampering with Kuwaiti Information Ministry files. The tampering was positively traced to the time when the Iraqi forces were occupying Kuwait.

2. Kahlid S. Mohammed has a similar circumstance, which has yet to be fully explained. Supposedly he is Kuwaiti born. But there are questions as to his real Identity. News reports say that he is 37 years old and that he attended college in North Carolina in the 70's. Problem is that in 1979 he would have been 13 years old. Clearly there is something amiss here.
