But is there any current connection to Hal and Cheney or did he really wash his hands of it when he became VP? i know he gets a residual salary, but he would get that even if Hal didn't grow its business. Surely he wouldn't encourage a war in Iraq just so some of his former buddies at Hal could make a little money. There must be something in it for him...
