Statement of Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton
Iraq Resolution

October 10, 2002

hillpac.com

In 1998, the United States also changed its underlying policy toward Iraq from containment to regime change and began to examine options to effect such a change, including support for Iraqi opposition leaders within the country and abroad.

Wellll we know how both Clinton's feel about Saddam. Even though I believe she's gone on record (including in this speech) as saying that she wished we had more hard proof of Iraq's WMD and that military force should only be used as a last resort.

The big question is: Do the conservatives have any idea how much Pres. Clinton did to make this current attempt at regime change possible ?

Do the liberals ? lol

Chris

As soon as this war is over, people will start focusing on the economy. People have a short memory. If the economy doesn't improve by this time next year, and it might not, then Bush will be in big trouble.
