"Has Saddam attacked any other countries since 1990?"

Oh, I get it. We need to spend billions annually to keep
the Butcher of Baghdad allegedly contained while he
continues slaughtering his own people. Meanwhile he gets to
violate the cease fire agreement that required him to
disarm of ALL offensive weapons. Multiple UN resolutions
are meaningless, multiple UN sanctions are meaningless.....
and the whole world learns that they too can violate human
rights, create illegal WMD's, harbor & support terrorism
because NO ONE will take steps to stop them.

Talk about a weak & usless strategy!

"Has Saddam produced more WMDs since the end of the Gulf War?"

YES! Even the UN proved that to be true & prior to 1998,
they actually destroyed a significant amount ot them.....
only to learn that Iraq just moved their WMD programs to
new sites & continued business as usual.

So what exactly does your faulty, distorted, revisionist
view of things prove?

re:"It certainly seems like it has worked to me ... Saddam was contained."

The price of containing Saddam was: a building used as a U.S. military barrack in Saudi Arabia, 2 U.S. Embassies, a U.S. Naval ship, 4 airliners, the World Trade Center in New York City, damage to the Pentagon, and thousands of Americans.
