Yup, a horrible human tragedy and you hardly ever hear about it in the Western media. I mean hardly ever. I've seen like one or two mentions of the big Congo war over the last few years. It's a virtual media blackout because the "powers that be" don't want us getting all worked up about it and demand that the U.S. and other Western powers do something to stop the slaughter. See how propaganda works? We saw daily images regarding the war in the Balkans during the 1990s and people demanded that something be done to stop it and we hardly ever hear about a similarily sized war in the Congo. Ah, how easy it is for them to lead people the way they want.
