Kerry has nothing to do with Kennedy anymore except as an old mentor. Kerry is the leader now. And he's running to the center to represent all Americans, even you. You wont find a single old liberal idea in Kerry's policies. All forward-looking progressive strong common sense ideas. Kerry also is not a drinker and womanizer like Teddy. Comparing the two is just a dirty tricks silly tactic by the RNC. In fact, the same voting record similarity would apply to almost any Democrat. On the Republican side the same. But Kerry voted for the Iraq war which Kennedy was strongly against. No old-style liberal would have voted for Bush's war. And not a single one did.
