Condi Rice lied to Europeans when she told them soon Saddam could launch a missile into Paris or London or Munich. In fact Saddam has no such missiles as we now know. Nor the will to use them. Why would he attack Europe? No reason at all. Israel maybe, but now I thijnk we know Saddam was no real threat to anyone but some of his own people with us watching his every move.
