my subscription was renewed automatically; i didn't know that, and when i found out, called them up immediately and wanted my credit card reimbursed.

to their credit, there was *zero* hassle, and their staff handling it was 100% professional and helpful.

given their reaction, i suspect i wasn't the first person cancelling *because* of cramer...

Mike Norman is a good pickup for the site. How long before they take him off and make his stuff premium?

My subscription lapses in early May. My decision not to renew just got a little tougher. I still enjoy many things about the site. But $225 for a more immediate Forbes magazine?
