It looks like it has been slowly grinding down since last summer, and is approaching the general area of "support". If this would be a rolling ranging stock, yes, it would be close to the right level for "accumulation" -g.

Yes, they are getting into the shorting range. Reaper's post is also relevant here. It's not a sell signal yet imo, but it's a helluva lot closer now. The melt yesterday on price weakness seems especially complacent.
