Vitas, if you've read everything I've written you could not make the statement you made.

Several times I've noted my preference that Saddam be brought before an international tribunal for crimes against humanity. Once this has been established, it then becomes easier for his own people to overthrow him.

Are you now on record that the US should overthrow every tyrannical dictator?

By the way, where's this substantial amount of weapons of mass destruction the Bush Administration was hung up over? Where's Saddam's nuclear program? Did Bush use liberation of the Iraqi people when he presented his case, pre-election, to Congress to get his preemptive war resolution passed? Or did he rely solely on weapons of mass destruction?

UN member states cannot move war on another UN member state without the support of the United Nations, unless attacked by that nation or when coming to defense of a member nation. So because we've done what we're now doing in Iraq the door seems open for China to invade Tawain. You like this possibility? Well, get ready because this preemptive war doctrime will become a disaster far down the line for people of many nations. Even you have to admit we've set a terrible precedent that could have disastrous consequences when other nations take our lead and begin behaving similarly.
