articles on the "Black Watch" in the "Scotsman" I did read about them on this board :-). I have registered that on that site now. news.scotsman.com Resistance melts like the snows in spring news.scotsman.com There are lots of old soldiers around here. Re Gethin Chamberlain. That kind of reporting only convinces those who are pro the coalition though, even though its very good. I have two teenagers, know the set they move amongst, and I am always interested what they have to say. They might be naive in life, but they are sharp. All of them do well at school. The war is distressing for them, as they know their history lessons, and see whats on TV. The "hearts and minds" campaign has got a world wide campaign on it's hands. As do the Muslim extremists too of course. They are so dumb. A Ghandi type campaign would win political and economic independence from the USA in a blink. They have the oil and a large population. What a bunch of numnuts! Same with OBL. He was so upset that the USAF was stationed in the Middle East. All he to do was campaign for some more USA miltary spending cuts... not start a frigging war. This guy is a hero in the Middle East?? Perhaps Hitler was right, and some humans are not up to scratch.
