Sorry dude, this is a legal resumption of hostilities of
the Gulf war. Iraq agreed to disarm itself of ALL offensive
weapons as part of the cease fire. After 12 years of
diplomacy, multiple UN resolutions & multiple UN sanctions,
Iraq utterly failed to comply.

This is a legal & legit operation.
