I am now watching Iraqi citizens getting ready to knock over Saddam's statue in the middle of Baghdad. Shouldn't the Dow be up 1000 points by now and shouldn't the indices at least be breaking over their January highs right now? What's going on? Every monkey on CNBS guaranteed a huge rally when the war was over. I want my money back.
