Yes, I saw that too. Seems it's open season on journalists over there. There was also the Al-Jazeera office yesterday, and now this:

What seems to have happened is a tank gunner mistakenly thought a cameraman in the hotel was aiming a weapon (his camera) and sent a shell to kill him. The stuff about "significant fire" is standard cover-up talk.
