I find it odd that this part of the War program is still being pieced together at this stage. Sorry, Condor. We don't run wars the way your Canadian Bureaucrats plan your health care. I was just watching a report where the Marines in Baghdad are methodically going through the Baathist Party HQ, IDing the bad boys, and arresting them. The Iraqis are pointing out the bad boys to us. These guys can't hide in the population because the people hate them.
