good points. but the courts will be responsive to the needs of the states. as for the next case, there always will be another case. the real risk to MO's valuation, imo, is their losing the ability to control pricing due to the tremendous increases in city/state/fed taxes and the popularity, by necessity, of cheaper smokes. larry
