Endangered species protection is no joke. They are the canaries in the coal mine. If they go we are not far behind. And the most sentient of animals are especially wonderful. If you believe thre's any value to God's creations, you'll become a conservation-minded person. All conservatives should become conservationists and many are. One of the biggest mistakes of the GOP is to partner with the polluters, reckless harvesters and everyone else who puts greed above conservation. Their mindset is literally unsustainable. Nothing manly about killing the last gorilla or tiger or slaughtered a pod of dolphins to make some $$ off the tuna below them. It should be criminal, and is in many parts of the world, but Bushies have loosened those laws (in secret of course).
