they'll probably put him in charge of chechnya to get the place cleaned up a bit, build a few palaces, put up a few statutes, then open the doors to tourists.

u s accidentally killed some journalists; w is religious- he doesn't shoot up mosques. but - the russian embassy might accidentally be crushed by some 2000 pound objects. u s acceidentally hit chinese in yugoslavia. the texas cowboy, rumsfeld, cheney and/or condy think the u s is a sovereign country. the mossad and israel can't afford to piss anyone off. w ain't even scared of kofi or chirac.
