Like Osama, it's likely that Saddam will end up missing forever. But even if Saddam were to be caught dead or alive, that's only worth a day's rally.

In the coming weeks, the market is likely going to turn from manic depressive to just plain depressive.

So if he is dead buy buried underground and under hundreds of tons of rubble then no matter how well things go in Iraq, even if Iraq becomes a stable democracy we will not have won?

Sort of a ridiculous notion, wouldn't you say? Whether his body is found or not seems like a not very substantive point to decide the fate of a nation. Downright silly.
