HOW could the last seller sell and no one buy? That would mean that all mutual funds would have no one in them and the mm's would have to have bought every share (or companies would all have had to buy back every single share and gone private).

Is that how the bear markets in the past ended? No more stocks were left publicly traded? That ought to be pretty easy to spot! LOL!
