Who says they don't have oil? There's lots of oil in that part of the world, not to mention many other natural resources. Maybe they don't support terrorists who threaten the USA. Seems like the UN should have done something about, but I guess that is too much to hope for. It used to be the Belgian Congo, so probably Belgians know more about that part of the world than anyone else, why haven't they brought it to the notice of the rest of the world?
