Ok, they allowed over flights for half the war. Its a 3 week war for goodness sake. What do you want? We have had more trouble from France and Germany than from Iraq's neighbors. Something I bet a few German and French political advisors are fretting about today.

That is not true. Air space was allowed from the beginning. It was rescinded when a cruise missile landed on their turf. After discussions with the US, rights to use air space were returned.
