Huey: Cluster bombs are a standard part of the US arsenal and by all accounts have been used in recent years. I assume you understand their role in "softening" enemy positions. I also assume that you understand that unexploded ordinance does indeed kill civilians -- do you dispute any of this? I do not have any evidence other than what I read, but contrary to your position, if we are not using cluster bombs it would mark a departure from standard procedure. It is more likely than not that cluster bombs have been used -- precisely as reported.
