I wouldn't recommend it.

Goat cheese is great with pasta and on salads, but its strong taste doesn't go that well with meat...

Interesting. I don't know, but altho Leviticus said don't mix meat with its mother's milk, (or something close to that)I'll bet that most intepretations preclude that cheeseburger. When I have more time on my hands, I'll ponder that.
