it says 132 coalition deaths and I was only including US. So I would imagine my 50 is about as close as your 150 to US deaths.

However I do agree that sadly, it appears our POWs were likely killed so in the end, the US will probably suffer about 150 casualties. Which is another indication of the quality of the US armed forces. A poorer army would have lost many more.
