SIRI has more cash on hand than XM after their debt refi completed and because their G2 chips will be out in force soon, they are getting rid of all old inventory ASAP.

SIRI is dead meat.

I'm not sure how much cash either has at the moment, but neither has enough cash to make it. XM does, however, have financing commitments that will deliver the cash as it is required. SIRI is broke, any way you slice it.

The really important thing XM has that SIRI doesn't is management. XM's management has been superb; SIRI's has been nothing short of incompetent.

I sold all my SIRI months ago (for that reason), so I'm a little biased.
