Brushwud, <This reminds me of what all the networks were showing this morning: the Iraqi citizens wielding sledgehammers are the Linux community, the tank pulling the chain is Microsoft's 64-bit Windows OS, and the statue being pulled down is Itanium. The war may not be quite over yet, but the advent of the new regime is only a couple of weeks away.>

Must be all those "Jerry bin Sanders" and "Maniban" comments you AMDroids had to endure last year. ;-)

By the way, guess which CEO has statues of himself? Hint: It ain't Barrett ...

"Announced Support" and real product that an IT manager would be willing to deploy across his company are two very different things. This is good news for AMD, but is it enough to make AMD profitable any time soon. And even if they are profitable soon, has AMD cut investment in products, technologies, and manufacturing so much to just to get to black that there will be little to follow on with?
