That Dixon is another of your bold-faced BS lies. You are the criminal Dixon and have violated rules set down by the SEC. You also aren't an investor Dixon, you are a complete moron. Anyone stupid enough to hold shares from $7 to $40 and back again to $5 shouldn't be playing the market, they should be playing in a mental institution. "By paying them dividends from the bulk of the revenues to come. Those revenues will be 100 times operating costs giving us dividends EQUAL to the current share price." Tell that to all the investors in Enron, Global Crossing, Health South, Adelphia and others that are now on the pink sheets where REFR should shortly join them. With only about 1 years cash left due to the raping and pillaging of investors funds by insiders, and annual revenue that is equal to about 2 1/2 weeks of survival time I think it pertinent that everyone should load up on REFR stock now. Obviously if REFR has to get legitimate financing from a real company, not someone like that offshore fund who seems to lose their butt on penny stock promotion they won't be able to do it in "integrity" or "assets". BTW, regarding you little fantasy "dividends" if I recall correctly Saxe used such a statement about a dozen years ago to scam idiots into buying into his scam. Since that time his new boss Joe "weasel word" Harary seemed to indicate that it wasn't likely to happen. I really wish they would pay a dividend this quarter. Maybe they could pay a $.40 per share dividend and then be flat busted before the SEC or other parties delved into their business as I suspect they will. You know Dixon, one of the best ways to protect ones self from a investor law suit is to have a company with a negative net worth. Thats how the best penny frauds are run. I have a sneaking hunch that that is the intention of REFR also. Please buy your shares now before this happens.
