Remember back in the old days, where TRAP was successful in identifying leads for 100% of collaborative projects?

100%!

For a very long time. Then it dropped, January 2002, to 90-something.

Where are those leads? How many milestones did they trigger?

These collaborative studies may be great. But why should we believe that they are? TELK has an enormous TRAP credibility gap to fill, and I see no effort to do such.

I really, really, really WANT to believe.
