Screw the TOU. If I seriously thought she was teaching this crap to the kids I would file the complaint, TOU or no TOU. Read the papers. Teachers at schools, even colleges that you would think are immune, have been getting in deep water for certain views being taught at school. Its a free country. But there are limits in classrooms. Blackmail me with a TOU threat. Geez! But no complaint was filed because I believed her when she said she didn't say this crap at school.
