Oh come on, you don't think I was on IM with my friendly lawyer friends before posting that? sheesh!!!

The point is, if someone were to make the accusation without it being legally true, in such a way that harmed another person, there may be legal ramifications.

Going to one's employer with that kind of accusation could cause them real harm.

Anyway, I'm sure that X doesn't need my legal advice since I only took a couple of classes in college.
