Noted a name from the past...on reading the Raytheon annual report I note that William Spivey, Retired President of Luminent, is on Raytheon's Board of Directors. Indeed, he is, I believe, a Lead Director at Raytheon. Makes one wonder why a person of his ability and obvious standing was let go at Luminent.
