Mrs. McKie has a friend over and she just pulled a bottle of Perrier Jouet out of the fridge....I feel a little guilty drinking a french product, but I promise not to buy another bottle of champagne again. (sparkling wine will have to do).

That sounds good. The main problem I see with overly hot sauces is that you cannot taste them.. but if it just sneaks up on me, then I can have my kick and taste it too!
