you must be talking about a longer-term trend. i have the weeklies still pointing up - barely - but they are painting an ugly looking stick that has no place in an uptrend. plus, every timeframe below weekly turned over today to point down today. they cascaded, one after the other, from 15min through 60min to daily. that's usually a sign a move with some legs is developing. as you know, i've been looking for upside breakouts for a week. several times it looked like we had it, but every time it faded. this is the first decent downside breakout signal we've had and damn if it doesn't look like it's sticking. still, i need tomorrow to confirm a downtrend of 3-8 days, and returning to jello land is not out of the question.
