Del, thanks for the reminder.

What makes the ECD patents such an improvement to NiMH technology? Since Matshushita is licensed to produce NiMH batteries for non-vehicle purposes, are they paying us any royalties at all? November seems a long way off, but I have found patience to be beneficial when it comes to investing. If we prevail in court, what would be the typical royalty per vehicle that uses a NiMH battery?

As for not being mentioned at the company with the major breakthroughs in NiMH technology, ECD should have a separate press release announcing that fact. I appreciate that ECD is substance over hype, but sometimes a little hype is a good thing.
