"Advisors anticipated the war will be bullish for stocks, just as it was back in 1991. Our indicators and our outlook, which were bullish prior to the war in 1991, have been negative this time. Our outlook still calls for the October 2002 low to be broken and that we will see important lows in May and July this year, followed by higher prices well into 2004."
