Last night, a local talk-show host said that the situation in Iraq changes nothing with respect to his principle that the US should not wage preemptive war.

I completely agree with his position on his principles as I would hope everyone would.


I disagree. It propagates the lie that this is a pre-emptive war and that this war had no national security basis. It assumes that the US might take pre-emptive action outside of a real national security threat.

Beside the lies, ignorance of fact and fear mongering, I have no problem with the guys comment.

The thinking and propaganda of the anti-war movement MUST be discredited now. Their ideas, their failure to analyse, their knee-jerk mistrust are not simply alternative ideas. They are dangerous ideas and they are being proven wrong by the facts.
