Heinz does have a tendency to appear before big declines. I recall him appearing early last year and in mid-2001 too. It's part of the mystique. -g

frankly, i think internal resistance to Chalabi in Iraq (not to mention US state dpt. resistance) will trip him up in time. so i wouldn't bank on the old bankster attaining power there. he sure was rushed in quickly though.
