If indeed it is a fact that Israel used American made cluster bombs in Lebanon against civilians in the 1980s, and against the terms under which the cluster bombs were sold, this has absolutely zero bearing on the likelihood of whether the USA has been planting cluster bombs in civilian neighborhoods in Iraqi in 2003, (resulting primarily in the deaths of Iraqi children), as GST's Arab news article alleged.
