Funny you should ask, I think my hair looks nearly as bad as Kerry's. ;-)

My excuse is that I refuse to pay for haircuts. Now if I was in government I could use the $10 haircuts at the Congressional Barbershop. Maybe Kerry doesn't know where it is?
