Getting close to that time where troops load up on tear gas and rubber bullets.

Hey, it will just be like Northern Ireland !

Hope they train up an Iraqi police force soon. They are sorely needed.

Plutonium find being reported on Fox now - sounds credible.

Higer level experts and more equipment being sent in - place is radioactively 'hot'

I get the feeling US Central Command & Pentagon would like this story to go away for a while - at least until confirmed by more experts....I don't think it was mentioned at latest Pentagon briefing, which just ended. I didn't wath all the breifing.

I think Pentagon wants to fight war, then scramble for WMD stuff without a bunch of reporters around and/or people who might decide to grab some stuff and sell it to highest bidder.

Also thinking if country X supplied Y to Iraqi weapons progam, the Pentagon would rather use this info for leverage and persuadion of Country X rather than have it reported in the news.
