It doesn't matter "who's" economy it was. What follows a massive bubble is ALWAYS the same. Nothing can be done about it. You can tweak things, but these are tweaks, they don't change the course of economics.

Bubbles are followed by busts. We're still in the middle of the bust and it has NOTHING to do with W.

Clinton was Prez when the the bubble expanded to an
extreme. Clinton was Prez when the bubble burst. No one
else to blame.

The bubble stops there.
