Lazarus, I think that we know why Iraq didn't use it's WMDs on coalition forces.

Saddam had a reputation for killing the messenger. Many who brought Saddam bad news would be tortured and/or murdered.

So, just like the situation with Baghbad Bob, who said there weren't any coalition forces in Baghdad, while the barrel of an American tank was almost sticking up his arse, all of the reports to Saddam were of Iraqi forces defeating the coalition forces.

In other words, as long as Saddam was convinced that his forces were destroying the coalition forces, he didn't need to use his WMD.

When he finally found out that the coalition forces were breathing down his neck, it was too late to use WMD.
