A couple of days ago I had CNN on. After about 20 minutes or so I was convinced we were losing this war. The gloom & doom was scary. I switched to FoxNews. After about 15 minutes I realized that our troops were in downtown Baghdad & those were Iraqi civilians dancing in the streets. I guess that Rumsfeld must have used that Shock & Awe in the time it took me to switch channels. ;-)
