What 'housing bubble'?

Aside from a little fomerly-overpriced property in Silicon Valley, and a few scattered other points, we don't have a 'housing bubble'... valuations ae well within historical norms.

In fact, the last 'housing bubble' we had burst during the 'Bi-Coastal' & 'oil patch' recessions of the '80s.
