I think Israel would like to be treated with no more, and no less dignity and respect than any other country. They would love to normalize relations with any country ready and willing to view them first as human beings with a right live in peace. The only way that countries will ever resolve their differences is through a willingness to afford others a simple human dignity. Selling oil to a paying customer isn't a bit outlandish. Whether Iraq can overlook their longstanding enmity is just another problematic issue for the ages.
