Huh ? You mean the governor general may be(I don't recall the exact title but I remembered there is a woman in a symbolic post)

Well, I think he is but sadly he has external reproductive organs and he runs on testosterone. His name, Jean, is French Canadian, but he is often called by the English version, John.
